Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Fictor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Fictor provides a suite of AI-assisted creative writing tools, including:
- Affie — your AI creative collaborator for story development
- Story Management — tools to organize, edit, and manage your narratives
- Publishing Tools — export and format your work for distribution
- Audio Generation — convert your stories into audio using AI voice synthesis
Age Requirement
By using Fictor you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction
- Will not use the Service to generate content involving minors in any sexual context
- Understand that the platform contains mature, adult-oriented content
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all original content you create using Fictor. Content generated by Affie in response to your prompts and creative direction is considered your work product. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FICTOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, please contact us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Individual Basis
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
